How is this different from a buyer's agent?

A buyer's agent runs the whole process for you, negotiates on your behalf, and charges 1.5–2.5% of purchase price (typically $10,000–$15,000). A coach empowers you to run the process yourself, supported by structured service packs at key decision points. You stay in control; we provide the professional backing.

How much does it cost?

Service Packs start from AUD $500. Exact pricing depends on your stage, the level of assistance you require, and how close you are to an offer, auction, or preparing to sell your property — we work that out with you in the free 15-min discovery call, not before.

Why don't you publish pack prices publicly?

Because coaching isn't a menu. Every buyer or seller's situation is different — stage, timeline, property type, local market, emotional state — and the work shifts accordingly. A public price list would force us to sell the wrong pack to the wrong person, plus, coaching and support is only available to members of our community. The 15-min call lets us match you to the right one.

What if my auction or listing is this week?

We keep a small reserve of short-notice capacity for buyers with an auction inside 7 days, and sellers with an imminent campaign. Contact us immediately — the sooner we can talk, the more we can do.

What if I actually need full advocacy?

We'll tell you. Coaching is for people who want to be in the room. If it's clear you need someone else to run the whole buying or selling process, we'll refer you — to iHelpBuyers.com or PrestigeAdvocates.com.au for buyer advocacy, and to PrestigeAdvocates.com.au for buyer and vendor advocacy (including an optional no-cost to the seller engagement model — conditions apply), complex & high stake deals.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. If your timeline compresses — an auction appears, a contract lands, a campaign goes live — we offer pathways to more intensive packs and you only pay the difference. Never pay the full price twice. Conditions apply.
